Fusilli Pasta "the Italian"
They are a type of pasta, in the shape of a ribbon twisted in a helix, originally from southern Italy, in particular from Campania and Molise, where they were made by rolling the dough around a similar instrument at the spindle of the spinners.
Excellent with creamy sauces, in delicious summer pasta salads or with vegetable-based dressings.
Made in Italy.
